Pairs will be given two canvases and painting supplies to paint portraits of each other for this limited evening program. *Please Note : one registration provides two canvas and painting supplies for a pair. English Basics is an 8-week program where participants will get a feel for the English language. Participants will learn vocabulary, grammar, and basic sentence structure. The program starts Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:00 am-12:30 pm and will take place at the New Sudbury branch of the Greater Sudbury Public Library. Participants must be registered clients of YMCA NEO Immigrant Services and hold a Permanent Resident or Protected Person status to enroll. To register, please email newcomer-info@ymcaneo.ca.
