Join us for at our Connections Café, a supportive social group designed specifically for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. This program offers a welcoming environment where participants can engage, connect, and enjoy a variety of activities together. Meeting weekly for eight sessions, our program is centered around the interests and preferences of the group, ensuring a meaningful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
