The Polonia Café in Tehran was established by Polish immigrants in 1943 and was a symbol of the Iranian people's solidarity with the Polish war victims. This movie highlights the life of Eleonora Barska, the last surviving founder of this important establishment.

Narges Kharghani is an Iranian born film maker, journalist and writer living in Sudbury. Her feature documentaries have been selected for international festivals and have won many awards.
