Linda Stoner is a retired photographer. Her passion for photographing weddings and portraits has changed to wildlife photography. Her book is a little different than most children’s books because it is not illustrated. She builds little sets, and coaxes wild chipmunks into the set using sunflower seeds. The book contains a series of photographs of chipmunks in many situations. The book is about Chippy introducing his family members, who all have different occupations and interests, and telling how each of them like to help others. Linda will bring a chipmunk set to the library, and after reading the story, will show how she works with these cute little critters. She will also have little chipmunk pictures for the children to color with crayons.
